When you request or receive pool construction, maintenance or repair services from us, we may collect your name, service address, email address, phone number (including mobile number), billing details and information about your pool and equipment. Card payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and perform services, send service reports and reminders, send repair estimates and request your approval, send invoices and account balance notices, process payments, and respond to your questions.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Woodlands Pool Experts may send you service-related texts, such as service day reminders, service completion reports, repair estimates with approval links, filter cleaning reminders, and account or payment notices.
